(2003-04-18) — China announced today that it would not mediate in the upcoming nuclear talks with the U.S. and North Korea, since the North Korean nuclear weapons are “specially formulated to kill only Americans.”
Li Bin, China’s ambassador to South Korea said, “It is the two parties concerned that should resolve the problem.”
Mr. Li released scientific documents from North Korea detailing new technology that prevents a nuclear device from detonating outside of a free society.
“We are in no danger,” said Mr. Li. “It’s not our problem. We’re going to the talks just to watch, because we think it will be like Hannity and Colmes.”
