  I haven't looked, but I think I could see Cowboys Stadium while standing on my roof, now that most trees are leafless. Therefore, my opinions are susceptible to the influence the Mother Ship exerts upon those of us within a certain radius as it regards the Redskins.

  This influence does not affect, for some reason, the thousands of Saints fans still here after all of these years who are now (still) walking around dazed and confused, only even more so.

And now Santa has brought us the gift of Old Helmet Head Byron Dorgan deciding not to run for re-election!! Woo Hoo!! I guess he didn't like the idea of Other beating him by 20 some points!! Heh.

  Frankly, I'd feel happier about Dorgan's retirement if he were not laboring so diligently to leave us this Health Care monstrosity as a parting gift.

  Exactly! We sure as the devil know he won't be moving back to ND to live….I'm sure he's been promised a cushy job with the obey-me administration for his vote!! His snarky remarks recently defending his vote for commie medicine gave us all (up here) a heads up on his retirement plans. He knows we all hate the prospect….his comments were along the line of (you're all idiots, I don't care what you want) I voted the way I (read, Barry) thought was best. What a tool! If he votes for the final bill, he should be forced to live under it!!

  I bet Dodd thinks he will avoid prosecution if he simply decides to retire.

  Unfortunately, he is probably correct in that VERY FEW Democrat criminals ever get more than a hand slap or a dirty look no matter how much they have harmed the Country!

  I just love his statement that he did not want to see the satisfied looks on GOP faces if it, (ObamaCare), failed. After all, isn't that what "serving" in D.C. is all about, NOT doing what is best for the Country, just making sure the other side doesn't have a "satisfied look" on their face even if it will bankrupt the Country and make taxpayers fund even more abortions?

  Bayh should be the first one drug out and tarred and feathered before he is deported to some remote uninhabited island! Well, I can dream can't I?
