All he and Obamessiah were saying throughout 2008 was how bad “Bush economy” was and how it was the “worst economy since the Great Depression.” Once more the American people are treated to clever Demoncrat partisan attempts to blame Bush … and once again lying Donks demonstrate their unwillingness to take responsibility for their failed economic policies and profligate spending tactics.
The Democrat party owns the economy since they took over Congress in 2007 and since the likes of Barney Fwank, Maxine Waters, Chris Dodd, et failed to exercise proper oversight with respect to Government Sponsored Enterprises like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac - their failures being the catalyst of this nation’s economic meltdown. Similarly, Obama and Biden own the present economic state when they, in concert with Congressional Democrats, unleashed their ridiculous trillion dollar “bailouts” which further undermined a crippled economy. Just like Democrats to so easily throw other people’s money at a problem as if government can magically tax and spend its way to national prosperity.

How can anyone possibly hate someone or something that has never been proven to exist.
Personally I think there is something extraordinary out there, call it a life force or whatever. Nobody I ever met has been able to explain it to me whatever it is.
I think it takes a lot of cheek to believe that force resembles man and had a son, etc.,etc.
But that is my belief that I in no way assert is the answer or try to force down anyone else’s throat.
Each person has to decide for themself what life is all about.
Absolutely no one has the right to tell others what to think or to attempt to force their views on their fellow man !
If you believe you have discovered the answer right for you, that is fine. I object to those of you who think they know the answer and want to “force their beliefs” on others or to try to establish laws and regulations that enforce your particular beliefs on all of us.

This video of extremely important. Several key U.S Representatives have allied with think tanks to press the issue of American sovereignty regarding our own laws. Their focus reiterates the foundation of our Constitution. They are forming a Sovereignty Caucus to assure that our government acts within the framework of our own laws and does not cede to international law/courts.
Obama’s nomination of Harold Koh as chief attorney for the State Department poses lots of potential problems in that he believes in transnational law. Also White House attorneys are currently seeking a means to allow Obama to establish a treaty with Putin’s Russia re nuclear proliferation/nuclear arms control without the Constitutional approval of the Senate.

From the immature “arguments” to the habitual use of name-calling and ad hominem attacks, the possibility that these are adults is vanishingly small. The claims of military experience are laughable. Reading their comments is a waste of time; responding to them is the epitome of Matthew 7:6.

Last evening I was following a HotAir thread about the Obama administration unconstitutionally trying to bypass the Senate in hammering out a nuclear treaty with Moscow. Interspersed with the comments was another discussion about events unfolding in real time in Honduras as the constitutionally ousted Zelaya was attempting to fly back to the country accompained by Leftist thugs and Leftist world-body enablers/sympathizers.
One of the commenters, fluent in Spanish, observed that his sources in Honduras said that the AP photo of a supposed dead man was faked, as the man was seen dipping his hands in blood and smearing himself with it before assuming a “death pose”
Elduende, the commenter, also translated Chavez’s televised propaganda of the event. The bottom line is that the dictators see Obama as one of their own, sympathetic to Zelaya’s trampling of the Honduran constitution and supportive of mob rule, calling it “democracy.”

Some thoughts on this afternoons Honduras crisis:
Listening to Chavez and Zelaya earlier this is some of what stood out off the top of my head…
1) That this was a propaganda ploy and an effort to foment violence and confrontation this afternoon in order to justify who knows what in the coming days.
2) Zelaya had what I think was the most illuminating comment this afternoon when he said that Obama supports him, that Obama understands what he is trying to do, because Obama is trying the same types of “reforms” in the US and that he knows that Obama knows he will soon be facing the same type of resistance from the American right and society. He then called for a new global social order and a new global economic order.
3) Chavez called Obama a “prisoner of the empire” but that he hoped that Obama would continue to speak out against Israel and Honduras as well as continue to “erode” the American “empire”. Basically he denounced the US but not Obama who he thinks is a swell guy.
4) Chavez also said he will lead the “people” against the oligarchs, the military, and the “rightwingers” in the entire hemisphere. Today was a both a historic day when a new “offensive” by the left against the fascists began but also a day when the entire leftist cause hung in the balance due to the first real pushback he (Chavez) and the leftists have faced.

Most amazingly for me were the attitudes of Zelaya and Chavez regarding Obama.
This past week there has been litte doubt, based on the statements and actions of Zelaya, Ortega, The Castros, Chavez, Morales, Kirchner, and Correa that they condsider Obama a kindred spirit and has thus enabled this travesty by his behavior.
However, yesterday afternoon, was illuminating for us here in the US. Both Zelaya and Chavez, but primarily Zelaya, confirmed in impromptu on air interviews in the heat of the confrontation that they see Obama as an ideological ally. This was for me the first time that such statements had been made by both of these thugs. Obama’s actions and his allies attitudes will now serve as an indictment of his complicity in the coming Honduran Civil War (all sides are gearing up for it as I type).
This is not over by a long shot, Honduras has dealt a severe blow to the global left they have challenged the ditates of the Sao Paolo forum and that is something that global alliance cannot countenece, and so now they will respond and thanks to Obama his new allies feel emboldened.

No, I have heard no such thing! I did hear the the FBI is not presently conducting an investigation of Palin.
But, you know the FBI is not the only investigative agency that might handle such an investigation; I believe the suspected crimes were primarily an offense the state of Alaska, but you know, there are other federal agencies which may have jurisdiction and investigative resources.
If I’m right we shouldn’t have to wait too long before we know. In fact, you might get up tomorrow morning and find Sassy Sarah doing her “fancy pageant walking” and playing her piccolo on Fox News in her striped PJ’s.

So, you say you found a video of someone who doesn’t like Obama, I’m stunned. I didn’t know any such people exist but, since you say they do I believe you. But I don’t feel a crying need to address their grievances.
You do realize that you too could post a video there that lays out your objections. I wouldn’t feel the need to address them either.

As two commenters observed in “The Anchoress’s” blog post above about Obama’s radical past, the problem with the idiocy of brokering an agreement with Russia is that 1) The problem is not that Russia has numerous nuclear warheads. It is that Russia has sold and shared its nuclear hardware and expertise with its client states. and 2) Russia can meet the conditions of the agreement to diminish its numbers of warheads by distributing them to those client states.
We can be sure that the KGB had Obama’s number as a “useful idiot” from the time the tool-in-chief was a pie-eyed student.
As another commenter elsewhere observed, the Russian bear has met the Chicago cub.

I’ve been reading that the Palestinians are trying to claim land in Israel as their own. Compared to other surrounding countries, Israel is barely a dot on the map. The usurper has been aligning himself with the PLO to push for a co-existence - amazing, considering that there is not now, nor has there ever existed a Palestinian Nation or country.
