(2009-07-03) — Sarah Palin today announced she would step down as Governor of Alaska in order to spend more time with CBS News anchor Katie Couric, ABC News anchor Charlie Gibson and several unnamed former staffers from John McCain’s presidential campaign.
“We all have our priorities in life,” said the former Republican vice presidential candidate. “I met so many interesting people during the presidential race and many of them still have the same commitment toward me that they had during the campaign.”
Gov. Palin said she looks forward to “relaxing, fishing, hunting and just generally giving people something to Twitter about.”

As Governor, the loony libbers could keep an eye on her. Now she’s a “loose cannon” and I can imagine they are scared spitless (sans saliva) not knowing what she will do next.
I think they’re afraid she may prove to be a real life female ‘Jack Bauer’ more than capable, able and willing to put flies in their ointment. With the ever growing negative groundswell among Democrats who voted for “the one” the puppet and his puppetmasters (handlers) have good reason to fear what is coming their way with a ‘free rein’ Palin closing in on them and their ‘ill gotten’ booty (pelf).

The IMMEDIATE dimocrat responce was that she couldn’t handle the Governors job so she is finished as a Presidential candidate.
If this responce wasn’t so insanely sad and moronic, it would be funny!
She has been attacked, had unfounded charge after charge filed against her, causing millions of dollars from her family to defend themselves, had the hollyweird crowd call her names and make false accusations against her, they have in fact done EVERYTHING in their power to make her quit and go away, and when they finally THINK they have driven her from office, it is now (to hear this moron tell it), HER FAULT and she is resigning because she can’t handle the job???
That is what they would LIKE you to think, therefore she wouldn’t be able to handle the job of President.

I predict she will take a few months off, then start “cramming” on foreign policy, and start her run for 2012 next year.
If Obama doesn’t completely destroy America during his remaining LAST 3 and a half years in office, Sarah will rebuild this Country back to where it was before Obama started taking over everything.

Silent no more, the previously Silent Majority will be making their disgust of an out-of-control government, unethical and unaccountable, a vocal gathering in TEA parties across the nation today. In the spirit of our founders, American patriots are rising up against the tyranny of taxation without representation.
Governor Palin has sounded the trumpet of liberation. She is now free from nuisance ethics charges, all of which have been dismissed as frivolous or non-founded, and freed her state from the bruising costs of partisan attacks. She will no longer allow her state’s wealth to be depleted in foolish litigation, nor deflect the governance of Alask to be focused on issues that have nothing to do with the success and prosperity and governance of that state.
She will be free to travel and spread the conservative message to those who thirst for integrity and the spirit of service, not power-grabbing, in government. She will be free to speak outside the confines of her state without being subject to petty, vicious attacks from within that were designed to hamstring and thwart her resonating message.
Palin has shot up the flare for Liberty and invites the like-minded to rally around a flag to act on their convictions.

Palin provides a refreshing contrast to that ninny in the White House who is protected by a corrupt machine and an incurious complicit press.
When even a partisan hack like Helen Thomas raises questions about the controlled message of the current thugs in the Obamao administration and the WaPo is exposed as a PR machine for the Obamacrats and complicit lobbyists, then the tide of complacency just might be turning.

Okay, I’ve now been able to get independent information from multiple sources that all of this precedes what are said to be possible federal indictments against Palin, concerning an embezzlement scandal related to the building of Palin’s house and the Wasilla Sports Complex, built during her tenure as Mayor. Both structures, it is said, feature the “same windows, same wood, same products.” Federal investigators have been looking into this for some time, and indictments could be imminent, according to the Alaska sources.”

There is a saying among Alaska’s mushers, “If you ain’t the lead dog the scenery never changes.” Sarah Palin is definitely the lead dog. She has had the MSM and members of both political parties nipping at her high heels ever since she ran for Vice-President. She has always kept the pack wondering where she will lead them.
Sarah Palin will always be a lead dog. She is true to her values, and knows the direction she is called to go. If we are lucky we may find the direction she takes is to the White House.
