I’m with you, Scott. Who ever heard of this Perez (?), Peres (?) character, and why or how is he the arbiter of social morality?

Also, as “Black Bart” in the video asks: will many people respond accurately to a pollster’s questions about Obama’s presidency? It’s not likely because the narrative has been set by the media and Obama himself that any criticism is an indication of racism. Ironically, in a truly post-racial America, the criticisms would be a reflection of the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of the man’s performance and policy.

Other than that, what is a “pickle surprise”? LOL

Great answer on Perez Hilton Scott. If what this guy says matters to America, I agree we are in deep, deep trouble!

The ONLY person who’s opinions matter less than wussy boy’s are any one of the resident trolls, (pick your own! )!

Obama is just one of billions who will one day stand and give an account to God. He ain’t special at all on that day.

    Well said.

Almighty God does not show favoritism—(Romans 2:11).

He, as Creator of heaven and earth, knows that a lifestyle of sexual perversion is a conscious choice made despite clear evidence of its inherent evil.

Be not led astray; God is not mocked; for what a man may sow — that also he shall reap—Galatians 6:7

off topic - Today the Elizabeth, N.J. Catholic Church hosted the “Comprehensive Immigration Reform Conference”.

My idea of immigration reform would for the immigration officials to swoop down on the conference, validate or invalidate EVERYONE there and have buses standing by to deport the illegals, en masse. Then stop all - ALL - federal funds to states with cities proclaiming themselves as “safe havens” for illegals. Additionally, I would levy draconian fines against any employers paying illegals. For instance a $50,000.00 fine for each iillegal alien plus a $ 25,000.00 fine for each and every day the illegal has worked! After the first few employers got nailed - you would not be able to find any illegals working anywhere! If they turned to crime we could imprison them and send their mother country the bill for their upkeep. Then I would bill all mother countries for any and all health care rendered to illegals. THAT WOULD BE REAL IMMIGRATION REFORM!!!

mkk #3 & JL3rd #4 - They may choose to not believe, all they want, but that matters not, God’s word endures forever.

Like the fellow who didn’t believe that guns really worked like he had been told, The fact is that when that firing pin hits that primer - it really doesn’t matter whether he believes in guns or not!

Believe it or not Mr/Ms Hilton the word of God says as follows:

Is. 45:23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
Rom. 14:11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

So it really doesn’t matter at all. Every knee means every knee and that’s pretty plain and simple.

L@Y, ET, Bravo39 and all your other alter egos:

There has been a lot of talk about scripture the past few posts and I was wondering if you would share with me your wisdom on Matt 5:20 where Jesus says, “For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.”

Is Jesus teaching a form of works righteousness? And if so, how does that square with the doctrine of grace?

    Regards,

ps - I would appreciate it if Fred, JL3, MNK and all the other bible scholars at Scrappleface would sit this one out. (No sarcasm intended or implied, offer expires May 1, 2009.)

Once again, the mainstream (or actually the radical) left chooses to MOCK the TRUE Christ, JESUS, by equating the worldly filth that is Obama to HIM!

    http://wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=96138

As for a certain person who posts here who THINKS only right wing”nuts”, ot Louie Farrakhan believe Obama is the “messiah”, I guess we will see how many news outlets choose to air this blasphemous story.

There are already quite a few. Just google to find out how many!

    re#8 - “Behold your king.”
It seems as though we live in an age where people are willing to believe anything EXCEPT the Gospel of Christ.
The left’s messiah is riding the “ass” of globalism, their religion is climate change and they worship the earth.
    Romans 1:25
They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen

Anticipating defenders of Obama that will say, “Obama has no control over what other people do or say.” I would tell them, It is hard to believe that ANY Christian would NOT distance themself from something this vile ESPECIALLY when that “someone”, (who claims to be a Christian), can call a press conference or speak up at ANY TIME and has the MSM’s ear!

In fact, I CANNOT imagine ANY Christian not IMMEDIATELY doing this.

I guess he probably hasn’t heard about it, just like he had not heard about the Tea Parties!

    R
BTW, the riding the “@ss” sculpture was unveiled MONTHS ago. He probably just didn’t see it was equating him to our Savior, after all he does seem pretty dense.

    egospeak,

You address me as L@Y, ET, Bravo39 and all your other alter egos. You have not seen a need to do this in the past, should I interpret this as hostility?

When you say “alter ego”, do you believe you have seen more than one persona?

Surely you must know in attempting to answer you I must make myself a target of those who believe themselves righteous, or at least more so than me.

Who knows they could even be right, but I don’t think that’s any of my business.

I will attempt to answer you, if you tell me first, this is not some foolish joust.

Although I expect to get back to you soon, I will also disregard your “limited time offer”. Of course, if I should post it late, you have every right not to read it. After all, you ain’t the IRS, you know.

    Everthink?

As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one….. ~~~ Romans 3:10

  • 13 gafisher // Apr 27, 2009 at 7:20 am

Fred Re#5: “If [illegal aliens] turned to crime …

Of course, despite what Napoleonita says, the word “Illegal” implies they’ve already crossed that line.

  • 14 gafisher // Apr 27, 2009 at 7:31 am

Speaking of doing nothing about defending our southern border, it appears from [this] that even “undocumented” Mexican viruses enjoy protected status. Maybe they’re just doing the jobs American pathogens don’t want.

“I was there when swine flu!”

    ET, re: 11,

You needn’t be so sensitive, you have referred to yourself at various times by those monikers. I was simply acknowledging all, or as many of them as I could remember. You are way overthinking this.

It doesn’t have to be a foolish joust unless you want it to be. I would merely like your thoughts on the passage. That’s why I asked the others to refrain from answering.

When I was typing my comments there was a piece of junk mail in my line of vision that had “offer expires May 31, 2009″ on it, I simply included it with a different date as a joke.

    Regards,

  • 16 Laughing@You // Apr 27, 2009 at 11:11 am

    Egospeak,

After reading your response, you out-joust me already. I’m going to pass.

    Everthink?

    Surprised, EgoSpeak?! I’m not. His/her/its talking points from DU/KOS haven’t arrived yet….

  • 18 mindknumbed kid // Apr 27, 2009 at 6:23 pm

He doesn’t have the gonads to commit to anything, he just rides high on the waves of whatever is popular at the time.

  • 19 R.A.M. // Apr 28, 2009 at 4:23 pm

egospeak: Congratulations! I believe that is the first time I saw that particular troll at a loss for words!

Might I suggest you enter the political arena?

UNL: Don’t fault him too much. If he had a teleprompter like Barry, he would have had an answer, even IF it was as wrong as it usually is.

MKK: I think I know who you are talking about even though your responce could be directed at, (AND FIT), almost ANY lib!
