Obama’s Usama-Centric View of Jihad
by Scott Ott at Townhall.com

Imagine the post-Usama world — that Utopian realm which emerges after President Barack Obama orders the Pentagon to rupture U.S. relations with Pakistan, and sends planes and troops into the lawless tribal borderlands of Waziristan, easily snatching al Qaeda leader Usama bin Laden from his subterranean condo and putting him on trial at The Hague.

Now what happens?

    Understand the battle.

The battle is not just our nation vs. jihadists. If it were nothing more than that we would have unity and purpose and resolve, and a desire to stand against them.

    Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

It is a battle of good vs. evil, of God vs. Satan. Those that are against Christ are not for peace that will only come through defeating the terrorists. They only give lip service in this fight because they do not understand the source of conflict. They want to be centrists, believing that we can find common ground and live together peaceably.

    Luke 11:23
He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

Spiritual neutrality is an impossibility. It is time to make your choices, which side do you want to be on?

    MKK - Patience is a virtue…
I know it’s tempting….I always want to see what I said before I get up and walk away… It seems to me a lot of my favorite sites are behaving differently lately….maybe it has something to do with that helicopter Scott saw in Mpls/St. Paul?? Or could it be extra traffic , the result of his exposure as a fake journalist (better than any of the supposed real journalists in attendance IMHO!!) Has anyone else noticed Scott Ott’s Scrappleface site meter?!!! Twelve MILLION (it bears shouting….sorry if it’s bad manners!) hits?!! Nah…this blogging thing is just a fad…..it’ll never last! Heh!!

unl- Usually if it doesn’t show up a push gets it through, it took four tries and I was seriously wondering if Scott had boo-booed and nothing was going to be capable of making it onto this thread. I feel bad for the threads that get too little attention…
Now if someone else had been first to comment, I wouldn’t have worried about it.

With the exposure Scott’s been getting lately the “vast Scrappleface editorial staff” has to be mighty busy these days. MKK - amen on #1. And congrats on placing five of the first six postings.

Say, here’s a thought on those slow-to-appear postings. Before trying the venerable “push” strategy, try clicking on one of the advertisements along the side of the page, particularly any left-leaning ads you might see but others will do as well. When you get back to Scrappleface, you might find your posting has appeared, but just as important, the advertiser whose ad you clicked will have paid Scrappleface for your visit — two birds, one stone.

Note to trolls — you’ll achieve an even better outcome if you click on one of the Amazon ads. Purchasing the product listed might not improve your chances of success, but, well, it can’t hurt …
