Hillary Picks Up Crucial U.S. of KKKA Endorsement

by Scott Ott for ScrappleFace · 64 Comments · · Print This Story Print This Story

(2008-05-09) — Just a day after Sen. Hillary Clinton told a reporter that she dominates presidential rival Sen. Barack Obama among less-educated white Democrats, the former First Lady announced she had garnered the crucial endorsement of the U.S. of KKKA, a non-profit liberal think tank “that works to advance certain traditional values.”

A spokesman for the little-known, but influential group, said its leaders had been on the fence about whom to endorse before a video surfaced in which Mr. Obama’s pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, made disparaging remarks about the organization.

Sen. Clinton, in welcoming the U.S. of KKKA backing, said, “Support from white Democrats, especially those who would never vote for a non-white candidate, has been the cornerstone of my campaign to date.”

“Let’s face it, there are white racists and there are black racists,” said Sen. Clinton. “But because whites outnumber blacks about 8-to-1, any candidate who wants the Democrat presidential nomination has to win the white-racist vote. In state after state, across this great land, I have demonstrated I can deliver.”

In an effort to extend an olive branch to black racists who currently support Mr. Obama, she added, “Of course, when I’m elected president, I’ll represent all racists equally, without regard to color or nation of origin.”

And let’s not forget that Hillary is supported by “working, hard-working… white Americans”. You know, as opposed to those non-working or lazy people of color.

Is Hillary trying to outdo those mean ol’ Conservative bigots? Inquiring minds need to know…

The true “racists” and “dividers” are liberal democrats. Affirmative action programs are racist, liberal opposition to school vouchers, keeping minority kids in failing and dangerous inner-city schools, is racist, welfare programs funding irresponsible behaviors are racist, the “Planned Parenthood Abortion Mill” model is racist to the core, constant liberal propagating to minorities that they are “victims” is racist…let’s not forget that it was the democrat party of the 1860’s that opposed freeing the slaves, and opposed civil and voting rights for blacks. The only reason the civil rights and voting rights acts of the 1960’s were passed was because Congressional Republicans supported them. Lyndon Johnson wasn’t able to count on his fellow democrats in Congress for their support of these laws. Keeping “Jim Crow” around was just fine with democrats.

I’m sick to death of liberal lies constantly being perpetuated that “Republicans and conservatives are racists,” and I challenge anyone spewing such lies to demonstrate and prove where the democrat party has improved the lives of minorities with their failed social programs and their bigoted low expectations of minorities regarding their capabilities. I’m surprised that some liberal hasn’t yet come up with the idea to hire “government-butt-and-nose-wipers” for the underprivileged.

For the record, liberals/democrats are the only ones who keep referring to race/gender/sexual orientation/ethnicity, categorizing people according to their race/gender/sexual orientation/ethnicity, and basing all of their pandering positions on using race/gender/sexual orientation/ethnicity to keep everyone divided. To those who think they are so wise in their “right-wing bashing” liberal views…ever heard of the “divide and conquer” strategy? It’s the #1 rule in the liberal playbook! Get a clue. It’s the liberal leftists who have a vested interest in keeping the minorities “down on the plantation.” because it keeps the democrats in the position of “master.”

Hillary isn’t a quitter - it seems everybody wants her to fold her hand and creep silently away into that dark night. I think they are underestimating her, she’s got an Ace up her sleeve somewhere, that could upgrade the hand she holds. With her and McCain holding so many things in common…….

I’m waiting for a news flash about an accident involving one of these pregnant roller skates they’re palming off as cars today - the kind that lets you wear your car instead of drive it. With knees somewhere between your mouth and nose - you “gun the engine” and the 3 hp Tecumseh engine roars and you’re off! 0 - 60 in only 2 min 30 sec. (I think “Weed-Eater” may market their own car when gasoline reaches $10.00 per gallon. $15.00 per gallon for sure.

So here’s this guy who survives the crash, looking at the broken bloodied bodies of his wife and children when some reporter sticks a mike in front of him and asks, “How do you ‘feel’ about this?” and the guy, with a beaming smile on his face replies, “Well I traded in my Humvee to get this “Weed-Eater” and I’m sure proud to help green America, besides, I saved $3.50 on my last fill-up!” while an eco-nutjob chimes in from the side, “And what’s more he’s probably saved 3 darter snails 2 Spotted Owls and a penguin in the Arctic” (they’re so intelligent).

When is the American conservatives going to say “Enough!”? The politicians, allowing themselves to be blackmailed by the ‘greenies’, must be voted out and replaced with intelligent Congressmen (and women). “It’s isn’t that liberals are stupid, it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.” (Ronald Reagan)

Until then I think we deserve to pay $5.00 + a gallon with no complaints! With Conservatives back in control, the oil companies can begin using gas we refine in our new refineries, refined from oil they drill here in America. New discoveries under Montana and Wyoming hold more oil than all of the combined ‘Middle East’. (and that’s not even counting the truly great oil finds in Canada - which are at least as great as the American oil finds). Then we can revert to using corn for food and get rid of the engine destroying ‘ethanol’.

  • 10 Hawkeye // May 9, 2008 at 1:04 pm

    Ms RW #6,
Amen. You hit the nail on the head. One need only be reminded of the following verses to see it…

Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied. Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. -Matthew 5:3-9

Does Jeremiah Wright strike you as “poor in spirit”… or, “full of himself”? Does Pastor Wright strike you as “mourning” the plight of his flock… or relishing it? Does he strike you as “meek”… or arrogant? Does he “hunger and thirst for righteousness” (within himself)… or, does he demand it from others instead? Does he seem “merciful”… or vindictive? Does he appear to be “pure in heart”… or somewhat tainted? Does he appear to be a “peacemaker”… or a rabble-rouser?

And Jesus never preached a “Black Liberation Theology” or any “Liberation Theology” for that matter. Even if we assume that some classes of people are repressed in this country, would Jesus teach them to “fight the system”?

But I say to you, Do not resist one who is evil. But if any one strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also; and if any one would sue you and take your coat, let him have your cloak as well; and if any one forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. -Matthew 5:39-41

In the world you have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. -John 16:33

And how did Jesus overcome the world? By going to the cross. He bids us to do likewise…

Then Jesus told his disciples, “If any man would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.” -Matthew 16:24

It doesn’t matter if you’re a citizen of the USofKKKA, a member of The John Birch Society, the UCLA Cheerleaders or the editor of the Soccer Moms Monthly Newsletter - there’s no requirement for you to be a Brain Surgeon to know that there is NO viable reason that our oil companies cannot drill for oil in ANWR, the Gulf of Mexico, off the California/Oregon Coasts, Montana/Wyoming, etc. etc.

Unless there might be ‘certain factions’ in Saudia Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Libya - - -(aka OPEC) that would not want to lose billions and multi-billions of Petro-dollars if the United States were to suddenly stop buying their oil and use only our own oil and our own refineries and begin selling our surplus on the open world market. (since we’ve got a lot more oil than all of OPEC combined, we’d have a lot of surplus)

Perhaps it’s not impossible, that certain persons in our Congress are having numbered accounts in Switzerland or the Cayman Islands fattened with millions and millions of USD to insure that any attempts to drill our own oil are blocked and the enviro-whacko, weenies get the blame.

WoW!!! What a conspiracy theory that might make.

Folks, I don’t wish to be a Blog Hog, but I’ve got I column here you really have to read.

Way, way back, when I was a teen, & the liberals were still proud of what they were doing to our legal system via the Supreme Court, Anthony Lewis wrote a book about the court ruling that criminal defendants have the right to an attorney, even if they cannot afford to hire one : the book was titled Gideon’s Trumpet . It was quite a success.

Stanley Kurtz has published a somewhat more up-to-date tune in the Weekly Standard ; it’s called Jeremiah Wright’s ‘Trumpet’ . Hope it is as big a success as the earlier “Trumpet”.

It begins : To the question of the moment-What did Barack Obama know and when did he know it?-I answer, Obama knew everything, and he’s known it for ages.

Read the rest. I seem to be having a problem creating a link, so I will just paste the URL in.

Red Pepper #34 - That’s a comic book word from my childhood. I tried using it repeatedly but could never make it work like Billy Batson did.

In order to transform into Captain Marvel, Billy must speak the wizard’s name, an acronym for the six various legendary figures who had agreed to grant aspects of themselves to a willing subject: the wisdom of Solomon; the strength of Hercules; the stamina of Atlas; the power of Zeus; the courage of Achilles; and the speed of Mercury. = SHAZAM

  • 44 Fred Sinclair // May 11, 2008 at 3:44 am

LG & mkk - You’re both right; Gomer Pyle (aka Jim Nabors) often prefaced his ‘news’ with his famous suprise x 3 or his use of SHAZAM (which identified him as an ardent comic book fan, who remembered his Capt. Marvel c/b’s: (”Billy Batson and the Legend of Shazam”).

“Gomer Pyle was a sweet but not too smart Marine from Mayberry, North Carolina who was stationed at Camp Henderson near Los Angeles, California. Gomer’s innocence, naivete and low-key demeanor often got him into trouble, most frequently at the hands of his loud-mouthed superior, Sgt. Carter. Duke, Frankie, Lester and Larry were some of Gomer’s pals and fellow enlisted men at Camp Henderson, and Lou Anne Poovie was his sometimes girlfriend who worked as a singer at the Blue Bird Cafe, where Gomer and the boys often hung out.” (from the internet)

Interesting comment by Rush on Friday, I missed it on the web-cam, also the podcast Sat. AM, but I finally got it last night. He read that North Korean children are being taught to hate America.

What’s news about that? The liberals here at home have been teaching the same thing to American school children for decades. Most recent being the school children being “forced” to watch the SiFi hoax movie by Algore; “An inconvenient Truth”

Additionally the kids were exposed to the adulation heaped (showered upon Algore) with his “Oscar” Award and his Nobel Peace Prize. A virtual ‘Rock Star’ in the eyes of impressionable kids.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and The Norwegian Nobel Committee should have been deluged with millions of letters, e-mails and faxes deriding them for their complicity in promoting the hoax. Demanding that the “Awards be rescinded!!!

The accuracy of his comment wasn’t what bothered me (I already knew that) so much as the fact that I had become so inured to it that it simply passed me by, didn’t register - it exposed my own level of complacency.

The outrage that should have possessed me, when I first learned of kids being taught these lies bwo a movie, wasn’t there. I myself had been brainwashed to accept this abomination with a ho-hum attitude.

I don’t like that about me.

    Good Morning, folks !

It appears that my post is still Lost In Space, so let me urge you to find and read the article titled Jeremiah Wright’s Trumpet by Stanley Kurtz in the Weekly Standard online. Here’s the first paragraph :

To the question of the moment-What did Barack Obama know and when did he know it?-I answer, Obama knew everything, and he’s known it for ages. Far from succumbing to surprise and shock after Jeremiah Wright’s disastrous performance at the National Press Club, Barack Obama must have long been aware of his pastor’s political radicalism. A careful reading of nearly a year’s worth of Trumpet Newsmagazine, Wright’s glossy national “lifestyle magazine for the socially conscious,” makes it next to impossible to conclude otherwise.

Chickens coming home to roost, indeed !

You can find it real easy with Google™ .

Fred - It’ is due to our sense of survival, the things that we see and are seemingly unable to change or reverse or stop and are destroying our nation, not so incrementally these days. I call it the comfortably numb syndrome, it is the only thing we seem to have to keep us emotionally/mentally functional. The majority of Americans lack the understanding to see what is being done to us, it isn’t that they don’t care about it, it is the subtlety in which it has been deployed. It is people being distracted by pop culture, and trying to earn a living, and gradually being miseducated/diseducated until we have no hope. So we don’t think about it too much, to protect our own well-being, and long to see Christ return soon. That’s right, we DO cling to guns and religion, we KNOW that the liberals are going to destroy our beloved nation, we know also that we are certainly “in the latter days”. We aren’t so certain that Hillary and Obama ain’t the beast and false prophet, we see that there are many antichrists among us in positions of power.
America is removing itself from the blessings of Almighty God, and unless God moves, it will cease to be the America of the past.

  • 48 Darthmeister // May 11, 2008 at 10:04 am

Obamessiah lies again. This time it’s about his unconditional desire to meet with Ahmadaboutjihad and Iran. Even his own website refutes his present lying spin. Obamessiah hasn’t a clue when it comes to dealing with terrorist states and Islamofascists in general.

    Question of the day:

Did Obamessiah know what a race hustling black nationalist his pastor, “Reverend” Jeremiah Wright, was?

    A) Obama said he didn’t, Obama never lies, therefore Obama didn’t know even though he sat in Wright’s church for 20 years.

    B) It depends on your definition of hate speech and “race hustling”.

    C) Every time the “Reverend” Wright began speaking his anti-American, racemongering conspiracy theories from the pulpit, Obama wasn’t present. Obama was visiting Louis Farrakhan’s mosque during those times … or his wife Michelle was so depressed for being a filthy rich black person in racist America they couldn’t go to church that Sunday.

    D) Yes he did BUT unfortunately, because of how racist America is, being associated with this particular Afro-centric “Christian” church was Obama’s only means to ingratiate himself with the local black constituents in order to begin his march to the White House using the Chicago Democrat Machine to launch his career - but white Americans “just don’t understand such black things.” Besides, listening to 20 years worth of black conspiracy theories and racially-tinged rantings from the pulpit hasn’t shaped Obama’s worldview one whit. This is what makes him a great “uniter” and agent of “change”.

    E) An unqualified “yes” … Obama did know his pastor’s true race hustling, America-hating sentiments for most of twenty years and is now bald-face laying about it.

And what is being moderated? At first I thought it was being evaluated for being offensive, but my current #49 can’t be offensive to anyone and it is being “moderated”. Maybe it is just random, good night it isn’t making any sense to me at all.

As a kid I watched Gomer Pyle, USMC on TV and it was just a show, I was too young to understand that we were at war in Vietnam, and the military was being mistreated and villified. I don’t understand why a show would portray the Marines as Gomer Pyle did. I grew up thinking nothing of what the military was actually doing, or what its purpose was. Doesn’t seem right to me now. Anyone else understand what I’m trying to say about it?

    Dear mindknumbed kid,

Of course you are correct in being bummed out by the stinking way hollywood and tv vilifiy all that stands for decency. It really sickens and disqusts me if I happen to turn the boobtube (which is less and less often). You know, it never used to be that way… I love watching old movies where families worked together to support our beloved soldiers who fight for freedom. I live in NYC and whenever I happen to see a U.S. soldier I walk over to him and thank them and shake their hand.

mkk #51 (for now, anyway): “ … it isn’t making any sense to me at all.”

    Welcome to the club, kid.

I submitted a post at around 7 a.m. this morning. It failed to appear.

I was busy outside for most of the day. When I logged on & checked Scrappleface at around 5:30 p.m, my a.m. post had appeared, as Comment #44. At which point I posted Comment #49, & then logged off.

Now I’m on the computer again, just checked back here, saw your reply, looked upthread, & saw that a comment posted by you was at #44!

And then, for the cherry on top, I began to compose this Comment, wanted to refer to something you had said in your Comment #44, and my early-morning comment was back at #44 !

    :!:

    It’s … haunted !

    (Mommy, I’m scared … )

    I’m logging off, now …

I just found a comment from 2004! Wow, that is weird because I didn’t even have this computer then.

    Cue the Twilight Zone music:

    You’re traveling through another dimension,
    a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind;
a journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination.
That’s the signpost up ahead- your next stop . . . the Twilight Zone!

Oh wait that comment was yesterday. How silly of me.

Hi Guys. It’s 12:30 in the am here and I just finished addressing wedding invitations to go out tomorrow. I just dropped in to see what condition your condition was in and it seems that I have missed out on a software changeover. Sorry you’re having problems.

It’s been stormy in Okie ville and looks to be that way again tomorrow. It’s that danged Global Warming. Just ask John McCain.

Well, back to the boutonieres and corsages.
CAPTCHA: unusual wig: That would be John McCain. Oh - whig? Nevermind.
