Hillary Hires King Juan Carlos to Manage Husband

by Scott Ott for ScrappleFace · 11 Comments · · Print This Story Print This Story

(2007-12-15) — Sen. Hillary Clinton, concerned that controversial remarks by her husband have garnered more headlines recently than her own presidential campaign speeches, has quietly hired King Juan Carlos of Spain to serve as former President Bill Clinton’s personal assistant.

The Spanish monarch, best known for inviting Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez to enjoy a moment of silence at a recent summit meeting, will reportedly travel across Iowa and New Hampshire with Mr. Clinton on a bus that campaign insiders have dubbed ¿Por qué no te callas?”

A campaign spokesman said the move was “driven by Sen. Clinton’s love for the Spanish language, and her belief that Bill needs a buddy in his peer group who can offer him wise counsel.”

    Here's something interesting……

[Sri Lanka Ministry of Defence] NEW JERSEY / SRI LANKA - LTTE Heavily Involved In Fund Raising For Hilary Clinton In New Jersey

"Well known activists of a banned terrorist group in the United States are involved in the fund raising activities of the US Democratic candidate Senator Hilary Rodham Clinton"

"According to a fundraising web site for the Senator, Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) activists are involved in raising funds from 100 Dollars to 2300 Dollars to help elect Senator Clinton as the next United States President. The website could be reached at: https://contribute.hillaryclinton.com/events/nj12... "

"The terrorist group, that introduced innovative methods like suicide jackets to many terrorist groups in the world, is listed as a foreign terrorist group by the State Department and the US Federal police , the FBI has alleged that the group had offered to them millions of dollars as bribes to lift the ban. The group is alleged to be using bribes to buy influence in India, Malaysia and Sri Lanka. The money is being earned mostly by fraudulent business, credit card scams, drug running, voluntary fund raising and extortions of the Tamil Diaspora, according to a recent report of the Jane's Defense weekly"

By the time the election rolls around, The Bill & Hill Show should be down to a Clockwork Orange House of Fun Match. It’s a Train Wreck.

In one of the articles linked above, Clinton says: “I guess I’m old fashioned,” he said, in wanting a president who had actually done things for people. I am picking myself up off the floor and wishing Juan the best. Where will Juan start? Advice? Run, Juan, Run….

JL3 Re#5: A frightening proposition, though at least we’d know where Justice Billy stood on the issues, something we haven’t always been able to say of the appointees of Republicans. Frankly, I don’t think the NRO’s speculation is in any way a given; first, even our predominantly weak-minded Senate would be hard-pressed to confirm such a clown to the Court and, second, the duplicitous Willy C. would much rather meddle in international, er, affairs. Bill’s (always) got his eye on bigger things, like the U.N. or King of the World.

Re#4, my first reaction is to wonder what in the world you were researching to stumble into that Wikipedia page.

I agree. The article is a worst-case look at some imaginary tea leaves.

But, here’s what keeps me shaking my head in disbelief and wonder: How is it that the rank-and-file Democrat is okay with the concept of electing The Clintons POTUS?

As to the Steel Cage Match reference-Being Obsessive/Compulsive to the nth degree, I wanted to be sure I had my phraseology correct in using “cage match” in my comment (I have no personal knowledge of such things  ) and I was surprised to find the aforementioned Wikipedia entry and that there are so many variations thereof.

The utter silliness of it seemed so apropos-that and the shock value of A Clockwork Orange were an irresistible metaphoric one-two punch. I do wish now that I had thrown in a Roman Gladiator setting or maybe a pit of Split-Pea Soup…..
