(2007-09-18) — Sen. John Kerry, D-MA, said today that a University of Florida student who was Tasered after cursing police while resisting arrest during a Kerry speech is “seared…seared in my memory.”
Florida student Andrew Meyer, 21, drew police attention during a Q&A session by vigorously filibustering Sen. Kerry, verbally attacking him for his failure to contest the 2004 presidential election results, his failure to yank funding from the U.S. military in Iraq, and his failure to impeach President George Bush, who is reportedly Mr. Kerry’s Skull & Bones fraternity brother.
Sen. Kerry attempted to answer what he called the “very important question”, but his calm, measured words were drowned out by the screaming of the newly-energized Mr. Meyer.
Later, the professional Vietnam veteran expressed concern that the student’s freedom of speech had been squelched in “a fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan…that is, if Mr. Khan had been able to buy a high-voltage stun gun.”

Can you imagine the leftist propaganda steming from this to show “freedom of speech in America”?

CAT is here, Maggie. I have had one exciting week and weekend and the computer has not been part of either one. The Oklahoma Centennial State Fair is going on this week and the number one son has been performing for a couple of nights. The fair is awesome. They have really gone all out this year in celebration.
But the highlight was yesterday morning when the hubby and I got invited to be a part of the VIP trip from El Reno to Kingfisher on the Centennial Sooner Rocket, a steam locomotive, the last one, built in 1944 with wonderful dining cars, observation cars, etc. It was a step back in Union Pacific Railroad time that was priceless. As we sped along the prairie, people were stopped at crossings with their cameras and hearty waves and children hung out of cars, waving, as their parents drove parallel to the train in the different towns. Cows scattered and kicked and ran as we shot acoss their territory and the sights of windmills, hayfields and oil derricks just added to the experience. I have lots of pictures and film clips by which to remember it all.
And on to Scott’s hillarious topic…He wrote, “Later, the professional Vietnam veteran expressed concern that the student’s freedom of speech had been squelched in “a fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan…that is, if Mr. Khan had been able to buy a high-voltage stun gun.”
Kerry was wrong as usual. That would have been those VietNam soldiers who worked hard to “tape wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power… reminiscent of Genghis Khan”.

I can understand this guy being upset. Under those time constraints he wasn’t able to get around to saying that Bush was behind 9/11, that listening to foreign terrorists is a gross violation of American’s civil rights, or even mention Cheney and Rove and all the innocent citizens they ordered tortured and killed.
On the other hand, you have to laugh at a man who is resisting arrest and trying to assault police officers, while simultaneously screaming “What did I do?” Kids.

Subject: Hoover & Eisenhower
Here is something that should be of great interest. I didn’t know of this until it was pointed out to me. But, back during the Great Depression, President Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of all illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to American citizens that desperately needed work.
And then again in 1954, President Dwight Eisenhower deported 13 million Mexican nationals! The program was called “Operation “Wetback” so that American WWII and Korean veterans had a better chance at jobs. It took 2 years, but they deported them!
Now, if they could deport the illegals back then, they can sure do it today!! If you have doubts about the veracity of this information, enter Operation Wetback into your favorite search engine and confirm it for yourself.
Reminder. Don’t forget to pay your taxes… 12 million illegal aliens are depending on you!

This kid totally misunderstood his role.
You’re supposed to be out there unmercifully harassing Republicans!
Not a war hero like Kerry! (He served in Vietnam, y’know …)

Has Elizabeth Hasselbeck been known to taser anyone? Maybe that would explain why Barry Manilow is afraid of her. (Besides his being the biggest girlie-man on the planet, of course.)

At least if his mind is properly seared the juices won’t drip out!

Ain’t progress wonderful! People under Kerry’s authority no longer have to “tape(d) wires with portable telephones to human [beings] and turn(ed) up the power …” to get them to obey!

Didn’t Kerry serve in Vietnam?
And didn’t he have to spend Christmas in a non-christian country like Cambodia or sumfin?

But…but…but …I thought Kerry was a professional protester!!! show how loyal he is.
