(2007-03-26) — Scientists at the University of Nevada announced yesterday they have created a sheep that has 15 percent human cells, with internal organs that are half human.
U.S. President George Bush warned of the unintended consequences of “scientists playing God,” but added that such technology could help explain the recent behavior of “some of our friends in Congress.”
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-NV, could not be reached for comment. A spokesman said Sen. Reid was busy lining up Democrat votes for a symbolic resolution condemning the president’s remark.

Congress's theme song is "It Had to Be Ewe".
Atrocities in Iraq are escalating. Do you think that this phenomenon has anything to do with the House vote on war funding and its pork-laden strings and limits set by Congressional arm-chair generals? Are the jihadists and terror-mongers sensing irresolution and finding our mettle wanting?

I’m still trying to figure out how they got the Repug-sheep to function without a spine. And how did they keep the project secret for so long? Must have been a conspiracy of the reich-wing media like ABC/NBC/CBS/NPR/CNN/MSNBC/NYT/WaPo.

Of course not onlineanalyst. B doesn’t necessarily follow A in progressive world. It’s much simpler than that. When Bush illegally and immorally invaded Iraq it caused such anger among the people of the religion of peace that devout Muslim fundamentalists started murdering one another in protest. It’s just like when Bush secretly invaded Israel and causes the normally peaceful Palestinian people to turn themselves into homocide bombers. Sheesh, do I have to explain everything to you Christofascists?

The said chimera may explain the wooly-headed thinking in Congress. Then again, I may be wrongly attributing the ability to think to that august body of vote-grabbing fools on the Hill.

I didn’t follow the link to the story about the sheep. Is it patently dishonest and hoping for its country to lose? Does it think it can fool the country by “supporting” the troops while fighting for their defeat? Is it pretending that peanut storage is related to the war and something the Republicans refused to fund previously, despite the obvious dire consequences? (Sorry, they’re really getting to me with their “stab the troops in the back” strategy. Especially when they have to spend billions in tax dollars to bribe some who have sense enough to see the truth, but not integrity enough to act on it.)

Sheeple! The troll’s right!
Run for the hills!

Maybe this explains the sheepish behavior of those republicans who voted against their own party to punish them.
Oh wait, that is called waffling.

Reminds me of the sheep that voted for non republicans (or didn’t vote at all) just to punish their own republican party.

That explains why I feel sleepy while counting congressmen when watching C-Span.

Baa Humbug!
We had a family of poor folk near us when I grew up. One of the boys was rather fond of sheep, if you get my drift. (This is true).
I wonder if one of the lambs grew up to be Dennis Kucinich

If you killed one, would it be 15% murder? If you ate one, would it be 15% cannabalism?

2007.03.26 Iraq/Iran/Surrendercrat Roundup…
US troops ‘would have fought Iranian captors’ A senior American commander in the Gulf has said his men would have fired on the Iranian Republican Guard rather than let themselves be taken hostage.
