Iran Pledges to Reveal Future Secret Nuke Sites

by Scott Ott for ScrappleFace · 30 Comments · · Print This Story Print This Story

(2010-09-10) — Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad today repeated his frequent declaration that Iran’s nuclear program is for energy only, and promised the international community that he would reveal any future secret Iranian nuclear site plans as soon as he became aware of them.

“If the Islamic Republic were building a secret nuclear facility, I would tell you,” the Iranian leader said at a news conference. “If, instead of merely providing for our own electricity needs, we were actually secretly building nuclear missiles to wipe Israel from the face of the map, do you think I would not openly confess this before Allah and the world?”

Mr. Ahmadinejad also said he would give 60-days notice “before unleashing any surprise attacks on Israel using the missiles that we almost certainly do not have, to the best of my recollection.”

“We always tell the truth about our clandestine military activities to everyone,” the president said, adding that his government plans to launch a website next week to make public all of Iran’s nuclear secrets and covert military research projects.

    Nice one, Scott.

    Denial denial denied.

    On a related ROP note:
Instead of shining its hot spotlight of controversy shilling on Jones, the incurious media should have been probing the slippery Imam Rauf. Claudia Rossett fisks the self-promoting Rauf’s editorial with some hard questions: http://pajamasmedia.com/claudiarosett/ground-zero...

Media, take a cue in honing your investigative skills.

Immadaboutjihad spouts only truthy truth, doncha know? The Champs recorded a popular song about this many years ago. Was it called "Taqiyya!"?

Trust us! We're eeeeever so warm and fuzzy, like a big ol' hug (around Israel).

But don't criticize our beliefs, we couldn't be your friend any more. Also, we'd have to kill you.

    Teeheehee!

Hysterically pointed but also sad in that one could almost believe that cretin would make such statements!

OK, so…they'll tell us all of their secrets.

Except for the double secret variety, that is…

camojack: It helps if you know the lingo.

After all, what is this Western concept called 'Truth,' anyway?

The word you want is taqiyya.

Its an idea stolen from the Ayatollahs…While visiting Khamenei he noticed a 4 drawer filing cabinet…. the bottom drawer read…sacred…the next drawer read more sacred….the next drawer up read most sacred…and the top drawer read, of course…TOP SACRED. Ahmadinejad asked, Whats in that drawer?…he was told it contained the location of all the hidden nuclear weapon sites… oh, we better let everyone know whats in THAT drawer. Khamenei nodded and said…YEP.

Meanwhile, BHO recoils as if snake-bitten from the Name of Almighty God on the TOTUS and the word "Creator" cannot come out of his mouth. These omitted words should have been the ones enunciated loudest of all!
All of the bad guys on Earth are doing as they please while the POTUS melts down before a cheering international audience.
    Foreboding.

According to a fired-up interviewee on Michael Savage's program- a woman of ME descent (I only caught part of the radio discussion, so I don't know her background) — the mad mullahs of Iran are gearing up at warp speed to welcome their messiah-mahdi and to bring about worldwide domination of Shia Islam. The Great Satan and the Little Satan are in their gunsights.

Ahmadaboutjihad spent some in his propaganda tour to the UN by dining out with Calypso Louie Farrakhan and members of the New Black Panthers. What could they possible have in common as they break bread together?

    Where are you, Scott???

Meanwhile Scott Johnson at powerlineblog shares this beaut re A-jad:
President Obama's policy of engagement with Iran is one of the signal foreign policy failures of Obama's first two years in office. It is also a continuing source of humiliation. Back home after his outrageous appearance at the UN and his lovely meeting with Yale graduate students in New York, Iran's President Ahmadinejad had a few more words for the United States today: "May the undertaker bury you, your table and your body, which has soiled the world," he said.

Folks my age may hear Khrushchev and the Cold War in those words, but the AP explains that Ahmadinejad was using language in Iran reserved for hated enemies. Thanks for clearing that up!

Hello, folks - quite an election day, wasn't it?

Scott - I've been thinking that maybe the election has had something to do with your absence, & that you'll be back soon now - hope I was guessing right.

Then again, I guess today is the beginning of the 2012 contest …

Hi Chili! I think Scott is very busy over at PJTV with Bill Whittle otherwise engaged and all. What a TUESDAY…I'm proud (and exhausted) to report we finally wised up and fired two of our Three Stooges (all dhimmis) up here in ND!! I really can't take credit for ol' Dorgan since he made the decision to retire after seeing the Tea Parties taking hold! But, unseating old Earl Cross my Palmeroy, makes me want to shout from the rooftops!! Now we're looking to firing Kent for Rent (Countrywide) Conrad in '12.
Yes, the sun is brighter, the air is crisp and clean and we're happy, happy, happy!!

Upnorth: hi there! Nice to hear from you!

As you probably recall, I'm fond of quotes. Here's one for the next two years :

“I have not yet begun to fight !”

~ Captain John Paul Jones, September 1779, during his battle with the British frigate H.M.S. Serapis

You are absolutely right! We cannot rest until we evict the current residents of our White House! The radical lefties will just get more and more hysterical and more radical if that's even possible! They aren't just going to lie down and take it, and we can't lose sight of our goal either!!
