Not only will they come home to roost, the Donks will be braying crowing about how “compassionate” and “progressive” they are in spending our money on their pet projects thereby concurrently expanding their appeal to certain voters already corrupted by their identity and entitlement politics. A constitutional democracy cannot long survive such political insanity.

“Most of the answers I have are merely in response to your partisan spin, clever half-truths, and lies.”

    Saint Darth hath spoken.

Nixon must have been a Democrat in a clever disguise.

I heard that Mother Theresa is very very close relative of yours Darth ?

Biden is a hero. I think. A hero to the derilects…..
    WHAT A FOOLISH COMMENT!!!!
Biden said Russia’s economic difficulties are likely to make the Kremlin more willing to cooperate with the United States on a range of national security issues.

“I think we vastly underestimate the hand that we hold,” he said in an interview to The Wall Street Journal published Saturday.

Biden’s comments appeared to catch the Kremlin by surprise, coming less than three weeks after President Barack Obama said on a visit to Moscow that the U.S. wants to see a “strong, peaceful and prosperous Russia.”

“It raises the question: Who is shaping U.S. foreign policy? The president or members of his team, even the most respected ones?” said Kremlin foreign policy adviser Sergei Prikhodko.

Your post made me realize something.

Even Nixon looks like Mother Teresa next to Obama!

Concerning Chris Dodd and the hot water he is in. The corrupt Dems in Congress must be feeling the heat from their own crimes and have decided to throw Dodd “under the bus” as a diversion.

Why else would the Lame Stream Media be all over this story? It is on CBS, and ABC. I’ll know I am right when the story appears on NBC, (the Nobama Broadcasting Network), a division of G.E. (Government Electric)

Newsman re #14: I think you and I are starting to get closer in our agreements. I want ALL politicians, Dem and Repub, thrown out on their ear that are stealing our tax dollars, selling out to the highest bidder, and laughing at us behind our backs. I actually would rather see them sent to a prison somewhere and put in with the general population, but we both know, that ain’t gonna happen, so let them actually go find a real job.

I would actually help the crooks out by hiring them to mow my lawn. That is if I thought they wouldn’t steal it!

As for Dodd, I heard they are going to let Diane Feinstein decide if there will be any investigation into weather he violated anything. I think we all know what her decision will be.

Doesn’t matter though, I think enough Democrats in his State have seen enough and I don’t believe he will be reelected.

My prayer is that both Dem and Repub voters will FINALLY start to vote the candidate even if they are an Independant.

That is the ONLY way we are going to change this Country and get it back from these elected CAREER CRIMINALS!

  • 16 Darthmeister // Jul 29, 2009 at 10:47 am

Laughing gasbag, since you appear to be scared of firearms and fast cars, would you be more amenable to having some wine at, oh say, the Indianapolis Museum of Art?

The museum contains paintings from old masters like Rembrandt, Monet, Rubens, Degas, Renoir, et al. A pretty impressive collection for a Midwest art museum, yes?

Most of the European art runs from the Renaissance era to Baroque, Neoclassicalism, Romanticism, Realism, Impressionism, Surrealism (my least favorite), still life and landscape. There is also an entire section devoted to the art technique of pointillism.

The IMA also has an impressive collection of Asian Art and pottery, Native American Art/pottery/artifacts, European porcelain art, and early and modern American art from Remington to

The IMA also has in its inventory wall hangings and murals, including this interesting beer and pop cap wall hanging which would probably be considered a classical art piece in your circle of acquaintances.

If schedules permit, we could make it some time in late September/October. I believe the IMA cafeteria sells wine, but I don’t know about beer.

    Darthmeister,

All that sounds kinda gay to me. Now, I think I can see the reason for all your earlier macho talk.

Look lumpy, the last thing I would want to do is tickoff a bad actor like you, but I don’t socialize with nutjobs!

Frankly Darthmeister, all this begging seems kind of “needy” to me. Why don’t you give Wackos Anonymous a try.

“Look lumpy, the last thing I would want to do is tickoff a bad actor like you, but I don’t socialize with nutjobs.

L@Y, do you really expect us to believe that you have never attended a Democratic fundraiser?

From your statement, I have to believe you would NOT be attending the White House beer party if Obama and Gates invited you instead of Sgt Crowley then right? If you did attend, you could no longer TRUTHFULLY make that claim again! :-)

What’s up with the black people now calling the woman who called 911 to report a possible break in at gates house a racist? Isn’t she also black? She sure isn’t a white woman! They replayed the entire 911 call and she NEVER said ANYTHING about the race of the people she saw until the dispatcher asked if they were white, black, or Hispanic.

Obviously, now they will call the dispatcher a racist!

I saw a poster on another site say what white people need to do now. If we see someone breaking into a minorities house, IGNORE IT! That way we won’t be accused of being a racist!

On the same site, they have a board to give Obama a new nickname. The one I think is the best is:

The Fresh Prince of Bill Ayres!

  • 19 Laughing@You // Jul 29, 2009 at 11:12 pm

    RAM,

I don’t think I would care for Professor Gates, and I see Sgt. Crowley has friends who think enough of him to speak out.

That said, it seems likely Gates didn’t handle himself well, especially with the aggravations he had that day, but donegoneit, the guy was in his own home.

When I heard Crowley’s explanation he seemed like a seasoned veteran who took precautions another cop might not have taken, and behaved properly up to the arrest.

I just can’t yet figure out why he didn’t just walk away after finding out there was no burglary.

As for the lady who reported the crime, she seems to be a wonderful neighbor to have.

There is no excuse for the abuse she has taken, but those who insulted and threatened her were individuals, not a group!

RAM, you mustn’t act like those who called her in believing all black people are bad, as they must have believed her to be because she is white.

“The Fresh Prince of Bill Ayres!”

Have your ever served on the board of directors of a nonprofit organization? I would have no problem serving in that capacity with Ayers, if nothing more than to oppose him when needed.

    Everthink?

  • 20 R.A.M. // Jul 30, 2009 at 12:35 am

L@Y said: “I just can’t yet figure out why he didn’t just walk away after finding out there was no burglary.”

The reports that I have heard is that Sgt Crowley DID JUST THAT, and Gates followed him out of his house and continued to verbally abuse him, to the point that Crowly finally had enough of the abuse!

I was not there but, I have heard NO ONE refute that story including Gates. So if true, Gates owes ALL cops, (at least in Cambride), a BIG apoligy!

Keep in mind, there were black officers on the scene, and black officers standing behind Crowley all the way.

Gates AND Obama are not only wrong on this incident but have shown they are bigots by their actions and more importantly by their words.

Obama’s apoligy included, “I could have chosen my words more carefully.”

That is pretty telling in itself. He needed to say, “What I said was wrong and I am sorry.” OR, “I should have stayed out of making a judgement on a situation I knew little about!” without the mincing of words.

As he himself has said, “Words DO mean something!”

  • 21 R.A.M. // Jul 30, 2009 at 12:41 am

No I have not served on the board of a non-profit. I would have no problem donating my time UNLESS I had to serve with a known terrorist who has bombed, (by his own admission), a police station and the Pentagon.

I would not even want to sit in the same room with a person like that UNLESS thwey were repentent for their subversive actions, and Ayres is NOT!

  • 22 Laughing@You // Jul 30, 2009 at 2:24 am

    RAM,

I heard Sgt Crowley say on television that he called Professor Gates outside in an effort to determine if he was being coerced by the others (possibly burglars) in his house.

“So if true, Gates owes ALL cops, (at least in Cambride), a BIG apoligy!”

Come on man, he didn’t offend all cops, or even the Cambridge PD.

“Keep in mind, there were black officers on the scene, and black officers standing behind Crowley all the way.”

True, and I was impressed by that, but in many departments police officers will always support anybody in blue, especially in relatively minor matters.

There was such a story in the news today involving a police officers responsibility in a traffic accident.

No doubt Gates made a jerk out of himself, but I can’t help but question whether arrest was necessary, if Crowley later dropped the charges.

Would you make such an issue of this if President Obama had not commented?

    Everthink?

  • 23 Laughing@You // Jul 30, 2009 at 2:30 am

“As he himself has said, “Words DO mean something!””

Yes, but not as much as you are making out of this.

Did you use the same standard with Dumbyah?

  • 24 R.A.M. // Jul 30, 2009 at 7:34 pm

L@Y: “I heard Sgt Crowley say on television that he called Professor Gates outside in an effort to determine if he was being coerced by the others (possibly burglars) in his house.”

That is NOT the whole story. That is true when Crowley arrived. After he had been satified that Gates was the homeowner, Gates returned to his house while Crowley turned to leave. It was THEN that Gates came out of his house charging after Crowley with even more comments and verbal abuse. That is when he had enough and arrested Gates.

“True, and I was impressed by that, but in many departments police officers will always support anybody in blue, especially in relatively minor matters.”

Earlier you thought I was saying ALL black people called the 911 caller a racist, but now you seem to lump ALL cops in one basket! I would find it almost IMPOSSIBLE to believe that ANY black cop would “cover” for a brother cop he/she KNEW was a racist!

“Would you make such an issue of this if President Obama had not commented?”

Probably not, but ONLY because this would NOT be such a HUGE issue but for his inappropiate commentary!

“Did you use the same standard with Dumbyah?”

As I have already said, I found a lot of things Bush did troubling, but we are talking about a statement Obama made and there is no similar situation to measure here between Bush and Obama.

Please stop justifing bad behavior by pointing to other bad behavior. This is Obama’s mistake of not looking Presidential and pointing to Bush and his errors is NOT going to get him out of it.

  • 25 Laughing@You // Jul 30, 2009 at 8:24 pm

    RAM,

Sorry you feel he didn’t look presidential. I, on the other hand, feel he looked entirely presidential.

I’m sorry to hear that the president has lost your support. I was hoping to submit your name for consideration to head-up our “Conservatives for Obama” re-election effort.

Think about it, my good man.

    Everthink?

  • 26 R.A.M. // Jul 31, 2009 at 2:30 pm

L@Y: Feel free to submit my name to your, “Conservatives for Obama” organization.

Just so you know that they will get the same responce that the RNC now gets from me when they call/write.

A piece of my mind about how I now feel about almost ALL politicians, maybe more since Obama said he was NOT going to be the same, and now we see with his “timetables” for Iraq, Gitmo, and a LOT of other things, he is doing the same as Bush.

Are you now going to tell me I am wrong about that?
