Bush Inoculated Against Small Pox, AIDS

by Scott Ott for ScrappleFace · No Comments

(2002-12-21) — After receiving his inoculation against small pox to set an example for all Americans, U.S. President George Bush announced he is also testing a controversial regimen for preventing AIDS.
“I know some people have concerns about the risks involved,” said Mr. Bush. “I would not want to ask American soldiers and citizens to do something like this, unless I take the lead. So, I got the small pox vaccine. And to prevent Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), Laura and I practice monogamous heterosexuality, and we don’t shoot heroine.”
The President said he knows the anti-AIDS regimen is controversial and relatively untested, “but somebody’s got to be the guinea pig. Laura and I have been testing this ‘AIDS vaccine’ for decades, and it seems to be working so far.”
