International Criminal Court Suffers Despot Shortage

(2003-03-12) -- The new International Criminal Court at the Hague, Netherlands, may have nothing to do for up to a year due to the worldwide shortage of tyrants, despots and dictators who have committed atrocities.

A spokesman for the court said the first cases will probably involve charges against the U.S. and British soldiers for their impending attack on Iraq, a violation of the United Nations charter.

"In the meantime," said the spokesman, "There's just a shortage of evil men right now."

Canadas got a whole hockey-sock full of despots!
The Prime Minister Cretchien and all his under-toadies of the Liberal party of Canukistan.

Give the US military 2 weeks of free reign and they will find and bring to justice a few of these tyrants to keep them busy.
for example: kim joke ill (N.Korea), S.Hussein (who else), PM Cruton (Canada), Pres. Chirac (wuss land), and many of the clerics and other fanatics in the middle east.

"I know you are the quintessential jurer Mr. Clintion but stop saying that he looks so obviously guilty. That is the ICC lawyer you are pointing out.. not the defendant."

Clinton's legacy:

Not only was he the worst President in the History Of the United States... He has now secured the title as the worst Ex-President of the United States as well...

And Carter is running a close second.

gawwww... the only thing more nasuating than listening to these two smarms... is Tom Daschle's suckie slupry noises he makes wallering his duplicity. You would think they would stay out of the public to do this sort of thing.

Phrog,
you think Clinton was a worse President than Carter?? At least Clinton had some cahunahs (often displayed inappropriately though) when a push came to shove. Carter was, by faaarrrrr, the worst (lamest) President of the United States. Nixon, like Bubba, had his moral failings; but was otherwise one of our greater Presidents. Passionate decisiveness in a President--no matter how wrong headed (*chortle*)--is always better than impotent soul-searching.
The worst President in American history was Wm. H. Harrison. I mean, the guy caught pneumonia on inauguration day and then laid sick in bed for 33 days after that...and then died. What a wuss!!!

FUNNY THING ABOUT THE OFFICE

you all know about watergate for some reason it seems to have taken a back seat to The Clinton years The Media overkill with the sex in the oval office my kids hearing it, every detail... nice real nice,
The one thing that was beyond all the disgusting detail

THE PRESIDENT (CLINTON) OF THE UNTIED STATES TELLING AN OUT RIGHT BOLD FACE LIE TO A FEDERAL JUDGE

how does one explain that to a child ?

Posted by: not now ask your mom at March 13, 2003 06:05 AM

In considering the worst president of all time, remember that in our immediate post-Watergate world any Democrat would have been elected in 76. And Ronny was considered the longest of longshots for any national office - an actor as president -no way! Four years of Billy's brother in the big house ensured that Republicans ran the show for the next 12. Who would have thought such a great comeback was possible? Reagan (God bless him, the greatest along with Bush and Bush) was never a serious contender for the office until he had Jimmy for comparison. Of course, one could apply the same argument to today; without the pathetic ClintoGore years we could never have had Bush the sequel. Still I make my case that Carter, as the saviour of the GOP, was therefore the better man then Biff Clifton could ever hope to be. So even though he's striving hard now to reach bottom, three cheers for the Peanut Farmer! Hip hip...,
hip hip...., hip hip...!

The next time we find ourselves in a 1989-type situation where we've got a lot of deposed despots about, we should deposit the deposed despots in a Deposed Despot Depot so we'll have some when we need them.

It seems unlikely that a UN-sponsored body of this nature could go a full year without indicting Ariel Sharon.

Yeah Spork,

but at least Wm. H. Harrison stayed quiet after he left office...
thats a redeeming social quality for an Exie.. don't you think?

And we are still paying these guys! For What? Yeah.. that Ex-Pres retirement stipend ain't half bad.

I think that ALL of the damn Demo's are morally bankrupt (It's a pre-requisite).. please ... will someone prove me wrong.. please. And finding a corrupt Republican doesn't do it.. sorry ! Crooked cops don't make prostitutes back into virgins.. even if the case gets dismissed...if you know what I mean?

The same goes for Frenchies logic. Of all the wrongs his is the wrongest. Arrogance and pride are bad, ok ... but you have to be French I guess to be so proud of Nothing.

The spokesman added "We thought we had come up with a good candidate for prosecution, but he was so busy with his country running the U.N. Human Rights Commission that we did not want to bother him."
