In case you missed it, this just showed up on the local news(Loas Angeles). Susan Sarandon and hubby Tim Robbins-Sarandon have invited everyone over to their house Saturday March 29. Image a filthy rich movie star, with no greater care in the world than when her pedicure is befor the acadamy awards show. I liked him in The Shawshank Redemption. But the ending stank because he actually escaped from the prison. Sometimes, I run it backwards so it has a happy ending.

I agree with you wholeheartedly and you said it better than I could have. I didn't waste the wattage to watch the Academy Awards. I don't see movies that often, and when I do, I want to feel good, not feel like I need to take a bath. I will never go see any of Sarandon's movies, or Tim Robbins' either, for that matter.

The government from USA , including Rumsfeld and others, supported Sadam Hussein in the 80¥s when their enemy was Iran, USA helped him and supported him, contributed to the creation of sadam, sold weapons to Irak that were used against Iran and later against the kurds.
