(2003-04-17) -House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi today received warm praise from her Democrat colleagues for her ability to unify the party. The Californian has managed to rally House Democrats in opposition to liberating Iraq and to lowering taxes.
This afternoon, Rep. Pelosi will thank fellow Democrats for their unity with a “Kool Aid Party” at a nearby campground.
“It’s a simple affair really,” said Rep. Pelosi. “We’re all going to drink the Kool Aid, and then lie on the ground and remember the good times, and how great it is to all be together. And how no Republican can hurt us now.”
