If G.W. Bush didn't exist, Obama would have had to invent him.

After all, Barack has to have something to blame all our continuing problems on ! Remember "Snowball" in Animal Farm ?

    OT,
Just want to send a prayer out.
    Someone just crossed the line,
and those Korans he handed out will be handed back in time.

BHO has much in common with the infamous narcissists of yore.

…..Obama held the commemoration of his election anniversary quietly, in the White House "situation room," surrounded by family and friends.

The despondent image this line projects upon me is apocalyptic in the bleakest possible sense. I can't help it. Maybe I should cut down on my Military Channel viewing.

    God Bless America

JL3: That sounds a LOT like what is said about a person when they are in grieving for a loved one who has died!

Well, there was the two losses on Tuesday, but that cannot be it. "O" was so disinterested about the outcome, he was watching "some ballgame".

At least that is what he said. :-O

    OT:
From American Thinker, an article from Fort Hood.

  • 12 mindknumbedkid // Nov 7, 2009 at 3:25 am

The shooter at Fort Hood said he was a Muslim first, and an American second. So why was he in the Army?

  • 13 ChileSerrano // Nov 7, 2009 at 4:55 am

mkk : " So why was he in the Army?"

Silly question, mkk. He was in the Army so that Uncle Sugar could foot the bills for his medical education and training, of course …

  • 14 mindknumbedkid // Nov 7, 2009 at 8:27 pm

Does he qualify for the 70 virgins now, or not? That's the question.

    Scott,
It was so close on the election. Makes you wonder about Acorn and such. With such a huge incumbent Your results were amazing. You will make it yet! God Bless and God's speed.

    Red Pepper,
Who told you it was ok to be sarcastic? You cut it out too MKK,

Hindsight is 20/20, but now there are articles being written that tell us this shooter would have been confronted about his views, if only someone in the Army had had the 'nads to say something to a Muslim…oh me. I'm also getting the idea that there are quite a few converts among the Army ranks, probably still a small percentage, but if they are getting away with holding anti-American views in regard to Iraq and Afghanistan we have a major problem that must be dealt with now. Interesting that there seem to be mosques conveniently located within close proximity of most Army posts. Are they working from within our ranks to weaken the Army?

    Me???? Sarcastic?

  • 19 camojack // Nov 9, 2009 at 6:00 am

"The joint library agreement contains a contingency that would allow Obama to abandon the deal, and establish his own facility, should his presidency ever result in concrete accomplishment, or anything for which he is willing to take responsibility. "

Ummm…yeah. Sounds as though the "deal" will proceed as is, then.

But how is the motto you mentioned rendered in Texan? Inquiring minds, an' all… ;-)

With all of the information that is coming out about the Fort Hood .shooter, is the Army and Dept of Homeland security guilty of reckless endangerment?
Reckless endangerment: A person commits the crime of reckless endangerment if the person recklessly engages in conduct which creates a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person. “Reckless” conduct is conduct that exhibits a culpable disregard of foreseeable consequences to others from the act or omission involved. The accused need not intentionally cause a resulting harm or know that his conduct is substantially certain to cause that result. The ultimate question is whether, under all the circumstances, the accused’s conduct was of that heedless nature that made it actually or imminently dangerous to the rights or safety of others.

Maybe there should be a joint library with Bush 41 and Clinton. These guys seem to LOVE being with each other!
