No wonder Mike and LaKeesha sound enthusiastic, Scott! The episode you described happens fifteen years after Conservatives regain a majority, after seemingly endless efforts to scale back from the Obamacare years when women who chose to be punished with babies received a brief comic book describing Unassisted Home Delivery.
