If you ask me this whole Swine Flu problem can be laid right at the feet of former Vice President “Pork Chop Dick”!

You just know, Haliburtin’s got a cure, and they’re getting ready to holdup the world.

I think we should send him for a quick trip down to Gitmo before it closes, and waterboard him til he “comes clean”.

We,ll never no what’s in there, til we open his trap!

    Everthink?

  • 2 Laughing@You // Apr 28, 2009 at 10:03 am

I guess that should be “we’ll”, what the heck.

    Arlen Specter Switches Parties!

Arlen Specter announced today the he is fed up with “The Pary of NO!”, and offers a resounding, “Yes We Can!”, as he becomes a Democrat!

Together with Al Franken, that makes sixty!!!

“The Party of No!” to now officially become “The Party of Whatever, Dude”.

    Everthink?

  • 4 gafisher // Apr 28, 2009 at 12:57 pm

Specter found himself facing a real Republican in the primaries and realized he preferred the trademarked Democrat “Cut and Run” strategy. He’s a lifelong member of “The Party of Whatever Works (for Me).”

  • 5 camojack // Apr 28, 2009 at 1:04 pm

Comparing swine to Muslims by implication? Ouch. ;-)

  • 6 gafisher // Apr 28, 2009 at 1:07 pm

Franken and Specter are made for each other. Now all the Dems need is a Moe character.

Camo Re#5, the “bad apple, good barrel” defense has been used often, and sometimes correctly, when dealing with situations involving almost every minority. (Now I’m trying to exorcise a “Jackson 5ive” song from my head  )

    Good luck with that “earworm”.

At my blog I once posted a comparison between Mohammed and Moe Howard. :-D

BTW, I’ll be in GA for Memorial Day Week; feel free to contact me about it…

    L@Y #1 Wheeeee!

I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but “We,ll never no what’s….” takes the cake. - [granted that in #2 you corrected a typo - "We,ll" to "We'll" that's good and certainly understandable].

However if I had written that portion, I would have done it differently. I would have (without spellcheck) written it this way. “We’ll never know what’s….” which would have been the proper spelling since there is a signifiant difference between the word ‘no’ and the word ‘know’. (Just thought I’d add that for your edification) but it serves to clarify for you why we Scrapplers spend so much time Laughing@You

    Howdy, Failmongers!
Fellow PA boy, Specter! Another reason for Limbaugh to up his med intake! His poor maid must have gone through seven pairs of Reeboks making “script” runs for him since Obama took the oath.

Little Pink Houses full of Demdonks, y’all!

  • 11 RedRum151 // Apr 28, 2009 at 3:38 pm

Shortly after Sen. Arlen Specter’s announcement that he is switching parties, he received a phone call from President Obama. The president told Specter he had his “full support,” and was “thrilled to have him as a member of the Democratic Party.”

See that? No offensive “anti-swine” attitudes on Obama’s part!

Presidential 747 buzzes lower Manhattan; Special Prosecutor indicts “Scooter” Libby in so-called Plane-gate.

Oh, and Arlen Specter did not switch parties…he just made official what everyone else already knew.

  • 13 J. Cougar Melancholy // Apr 28, 2009 at 3:47 pm

He’s switching because Democratic sex scandals don’t involve young boys.

  • 14 R.A.M. // Apr 28, 2009 at 4:33 pm

RedRum151: Did Barry tell him to be looking for those cases of Wagyu steak and Mad Dog 20-20 that will be coming soon for his, “wining and dining” pleasure?

  • 15 R.A.M. // Apr 28, 2009 at 4:37 pm

BTW, how old was Barney Frank’s page/lover/business partner anyway?

MOST dem/lib “scandles” never become “scandles” because the lib MSM never lets them hit the light of day.

But you libs KNEW that already, didn’t you?

  • 16 R.A.M. // Apr 28, 2009 at 4:39 pm

    scandals, so sue me.

As far as I’m concerned, Sens. Snowe and Collins can scram too. Then when the Messiah has his super-majority, and he catapults the U.S. into third-world status, where’s his teleprompter going to tell him to point his finger of blame?

  • 18 Fred Sinclair // Apr 28, 2009 at 5:28 pm

    My favorite from Patriot Humor:

Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad calls Rush Limbaugh and tells him, “Rush, I had a wonderful dream last night. I could see America, the whole country, and on each house I saw a banner.”

“What did it say on the banners?” Rush asks.

Mahmoud replies, “UNITED STATES OF IRAN.”

Rush says, “You know, Mahmoud, I am really happy you called, because believe it or not, last night I had a similar dream. I could see all of Tehran, and it was more beautiful than ever, and on each house flew an enormous banner.”

“What did it say on the banners?” Mahmoud asks.

    Rush replies, “I don’t know. I can’t read Hebrew.”

  • 19 mindknumbed kid // Apr 28, 2009 at 6:36 pm

    re#17 - Bush and Rush.
I hear that Obama hasn’t been sleeping too well lately, rumor has it that his biggest fear these days is that the TOTUS might be planning to switch parties.

A man is pulled over by a police officer for a broken headlight. The cop looks in the car and sees a collection of knives on the backseat. “Sir,” he says. “Why do you have all those knives?”

“They’re for my juggling act,” the man replies.

    “Prove it,” says the cop.

The man gets out of the car and begins juggling the knives just as two men drive by.

“Man,” says one guy. “I’m glad I quit drinking. These new sobriety tests are hard.”

LCRM : “Arlen Specter did not switch parties…he just made official what everyone else already knew.”

After a brief flirtation with the Dark Side, Arlen is finally sure of who he is.

It only took him 43 years (29 in the Senate) to figure it out.

A man of principle. The Ned Lamont wing really should be thrilled.

  • 22 mindknumbed kid // Apr 28, 2009 at 7:37 pm

I guess he finally was successful in making a Spectercle of himself. Were it not for the world having gone mad I would expact to see an upset in ‘10.
Actually I believe God is allowing us to proceed to the grand finale, I said on another site that I believe that if Obongman doesn’t turn out to be the anti-Jesus, he will shake hands with him. Pretty soon they’ll get to rappin’ about peace and safety and then the price of koolaid will skyrocket as the pitchers begin to empty.
And for all of eternity we’ll rap about that D-cat who expedited our exodus.

    JCM #13,

Republican sex scandals never seem to involve anyone having sex. The offender gets censured or quits.
Dem sex scandals get them reelected.
    Being a hypocrite
is the number one scandal for Dems. because it assumes they have values.

Are Jews susceptible to the swine flu?

  • 25 debass // Apr 28, 2009 at 9:29 pm

I heard on the news that Israel renamed it the Mexican Flu for its country of origin.

Israel is filled with human beings not unlike America and, yes, they have reported two cases of the N1H1 virus today.

“I’m not prepared to have my 29-year record in the United States Senate decided by the Pennsylvania Republican primary electorate, not prepared to have that record decided by that jury.” - Arlen “Magic Bullet” Specter

Yeah, what right does the electorate have to decide who gets to represent them? Just who do those voter people think they are?

  • 28 mindknumbed kid // Apr 28, 2009 at 10:20 pm

Well, but, you’ve heard about those Pennsylvania voters… racists, bitter-clingers. Not your typical American voter.

For just the second time in more than five years of daily or weekly tracking, Republicans now lead Democrats in the latest edition of the Generic Congressional Ballot.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 41% would vote for their district’s Republican candidate while 38% would choose the Democrat. Thirty-one percent (31%) of conservative Democrats said they would vote for their district’s Republican candidate.

Overall, the GOP gained two points this week, while the Democrats lost a point in support.

    Fred,

You say, “I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but “We,ll never no what’s….” takes the cake. - [granted that in #2 you corrected a typo - "We,ll" to "We'll" that's good and certainly understandable].”

And, “We’ll never know what’s….” which would have been the proper spelling since there is a signifiant difference between the word ‘no’ and the word ‘know’.”

Fred, you are right! My post completely deserves your criticism! I am so awfully embarrassed, and humiliated, I may never post here again!

But, if you don’t mind my saying, it isn’t “signifiant”, it is actually “significant”!

Fred, it does seem awfully dumb of you to point out my goofy spelling, and then to misspell your own criticism in the process. .

Now, I dun’t fell so bad! So, I guess I’ll stay awhile.

    Everthink?

    PS
You’re right also, about you’re not being “the sharpest knife in the drawer”.

  • 31 Laughing@You // Apr 29, 2009 at 2:45 am

One other thing Fred. Using Patriot and Rush together, is like mixing meat and diary!

    It just ain’t Kosher!

Specter the defector left the Republican Party long ago, and that assumes he ever came on board to begin with. Like a bad meal at Taco Bell, the GOP is well purged of him. I expect he will get brief accolades from the Dems, who will then shun him as the Benedict Arlen that he is. No rational person would ever trust this traitor again.
