DHS to release left-wing group report via Twitter

After the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sparked a firestorm of protest from right-wing extremists over a nine-page report on the “resurgence in radicalization and recruitment” among right-wing extremist groups, DHS chief Janet Napolitano announced today that her department would soon release a similar report on leftist groups via Twitter.

Well, Scott, brilliant as usual. I posted on the Examiner website and said, “Ooo. The truth hurts. I’m going to start thinking of our DHS Secretary as “Tweety Bird” - “I tawt I taw a pooty tat!! (also known as paranoid)”

I know I have been absent awhile, but have many good reasons. Just dropped in to say, “Hello” and “great work!!”

You know, despite all of Darthmeister’s insane rants about his fictional “Democrat National Socialists”, the American Nazi Party, the “Skinheads”, the Aryan Brotherhood, and the Ku Klux Klan failed to show up at President Obama’s Inauguration!
All these were, however, represented at your “Patriot Tea Parties”.

Those you call “Real Americans” seem to have a good deal in common with these groups, or at least they seemed to think you do.

Why is that, I wonder? You know you are known by the company you keep!

You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. ~~ John 8:44

that’s the nicest thing anyone has said to me all day…thanks for the “pick-me-up”!

JL3, i never saw a rebuttal of Americans using 9.7 hectares when around 1 is alloted for each current human…what happened to the giggling you were doing over my extremely low estimate of our confiscation of 1/2 the resources? I’ll admit that I was wrong, it’s far higher.
And your “justification” of that is…? I’ll open that to the floor…anyone? I need a good answer so that I too may get into Heaven (as you folks believe you will) so you can see, the need for the requested answer is both genuine and rather urgent

Say Terrible Twit, were you talking to me, or the nice Mr. boberinyetagain? He seems far to nice to be all the evil things you said. I, on the other hand, rather enjoy your hissy fits. When I was going through basic training in 1986, the instructors taught us that it is wrong to stereotype people. DHS and the MSM are guilty of stereotyping the TEA party participants, maybe they need to go for sensitivity training?

The MSM made fun of the TEA parties and impugned the idea of protesting the spending of this administration (and the logical conclusion is massive tax increases just to pay the service fees on this incredible debt they are running up), yet many of Obama’s cabinet picks have weaseled out of paying their “fair share”. Why then, pray tell were not those nominees among the attendees?

Stating the obvious (to common sense average American citizens)

Policies that increase the cost of necessities, such as energy. Will only serve to take monies from our household budgets, which are already strained to the point that our economy is retracting, will only serve to bring back the “Misery Index” of the Carter years. Obonehead is complaining about us tightening our belts, telling us that it is hurting our economy when we don’t spend our money. Low cost energy,i.e. gasoline, electricity, natural gas, coal is the motor which drives the nation. When you increase its costs, the nation can’t afford to drive as much.

If you didn’t click on the link from the last thread showing the New York TEA party, shame on you. The small business owner lady that was interviewed said that after she pays her federal, state, and city taxes she only keeps 34 cents out of every dollar her business makes. That is outrageous! Tax and spend politicians have made New York what it is, and California too. Things cannot continue as they presently are, this kind of excessive taxation will choke out every ounce of economic life until there is nothing left to tax. The TEA parties were long overdue, and we need to follow them up with even larger protests. Say folks, whatcha got planned for Independence Day?

I’m planning for a trip to D.C. sometime this summer. Don’t know if it will be around Independence Day or not. Rest assured that while there, I’ll try not to sweat in the heat and humidity. I know how much the stench of the unwashed plebes visiting the city their tax money props up is offensive to Harry Reid’s olfactory system.

LCRM - I regret that having grown up in West Virginia, I never visited the nation’s capitol. It is on my list of things to do, but I don’t know when I will make it.

Left Coast - just be sure to take along your DEGREE antiperspirant. That should do you well. The ads say so!

I lived outside of D.C. when I was a little girl grades 1-4 and we always took field trips to the capitol for one thing or another. And then, my parents made sure that we saw everything that we didn’t see with school. I stood in the lines at the rotunda to view Kennedy’s body, saw the Mona Lisa and the Pieta when they came to the National Museum of Art, wandered under the cherry trees during the cherry blossom festival, and spent every 4th of July on the grounds of the Washington Monument, watching the official fireworks display. I went through the Cuban Missile Crisis under my 4th grade desk and running home during air raid drills, being timed by the school as my mother called to report what time I got home. But the best part was watching movies at the elementary school on Saturdays - The Three Stooges, Gulliver’s Travels, etc. and getting either a box of Good n’ Plenties or Strawberry, Chocolate or Vanilla Bonamo Turkish Taffy. Those were the days. :-)

  • 21 Laughing@You // Apr 18, 2009 at 1:57 am

“I regret that having grown up in West Virginia, I never visited the nation’s capitol.”

    MNK,

You know it is our nation’s capitol, but it is overrun with Democrats!

But, if you want to see a Republican in government, don’t delay your trip, because soon they will be extinct!

Then again, if you wait a little while you may be able to attend a war crimes trial, where you can see some of your favorites.

Everthink: Do you ever think about what you say? Extinct? I don’t think so. And besides, why would you want that? Are you such a koolaid drinker that you think one single party has all of the answers? It doesn’t. Both parties are made up of fallible human beings who don’t do everything right. The whole purpose of the two party system is to have a constant debate of ideas to come out with the best solutions. That is how problems are solved. Your way is totalitarianism and that is not what this country is based on. I’d seriously think about the joy you seek in your comments. Cuba would be more your cup of TEA.

The Failed Obama Presidency continues its Trash America Tour in the meeting of the Americas conference this past week. Obama permits Ortega to blast his diatribe against the US without a by-your-leave. He and the Democrat leadership in Congress snub Colombia, He accepts a book by Ayers’s best buddy Chavez that blasts Europe and the US for Latin American woes. Instead, Ackbar grins stupidly for the cameras as Chavez upstages him in a classic pawning. Ackbar has no criticism for Chavez’s seizure of the media and assorted industries, his “disappearing” of political critics, and his funding of FARC. Ackbar wants to cultivate a relationship with the Castro Bros., who maintain Two Cubas, one a Potemkin Village to dazzle tourists and fellow travelers, and the other of abject poverty and slavery suffered by Cuba’s populace.

The Doofus-in-Chief has no words to celebrate US exceptionality because… get this, all problems in the world are caused by the US.

Since his inauguration and perpetual-campaign tours, Obama has ingratiated himself with numerous known dictators who abuse human rights and impoverish their own people in order to seize or maintain power. He chooses not to maintain solid alliances with America’s friends.

Obama is a pathetically arrogant adolescent, wrapped up in his own ego and personal agenda, forgetting that he is charged with the leadership and maintenance of America’s interests and an upholding of the Constitution.

Unfortunately, the US has been saddled with a failed “leader,” who is acting like an enemy within.
