EPA Proposes Odd-Even Carbon Dioxide Emission Rationing

Officials at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), intent on limiting human carbon dioxide emissions, this week revived an idea from the 1979 energy crisis to cut the most reliable sources of atmospheric CO2 by up to 50 percent.
Carbon dioxide, largely responsible for the decade-long cooling trend caused by global warming, flows as a toxic waste product from humans and many other animals, as well as from tilled soiled, energy production, motorized transportation and human manufacturing processes, all of which pose an imminent threat to life on earth.

We use our bank’s internet bill pay to pay most of our bills. Our vehicle loan was through another “financial institution” (a credit union in Rapid City), and when we made our payment the two institutions did not play well together (no electronic transfer) so our bill pay would write them a check and mail it. I think it was rather stupid, but that was how it worked. Anyhow, occasionally It would take a bit longer than reasonable, regardless of that though there was always a delay. We had financed a Honda ATV through the same institution and when it came to making the last payment, my wife called to get the exact amount owed and paid it via bill pay with no problems. Last month we paid off our Suburban, and she followed the exact same procedure. We got a letter in the mail yesterday, apparently there was interest accrued while the payment was in transit and we still owed 30 cents. They also added a $20 penalty and warned that they “may report the information to the credit police” (okay - I didn’t directly quote them there). Guess I will not be doing any more business with them, why didn’t they notify us of the amount due? What was different than the other loan? Just ticked me off real good, that $20 was my weekly allowance!

As much as I hate to admit it, Obama has done something that made me some money yesterday. The little gold and silver I own is now more valuable, BUT only because he has continued to destroy the value of the U. S. dollar!
Gold went over $1000 dollars an ounce about 1pm, and then closed at $993 yesterday. Silver closed at $14.41. Save your pennies too, (actually the old ones, newer ones are not copper), as the copper in only a few, will be more valuable than a hundred dollar bill soon, thanks to Obama the economics moron!
I don’t know how much those “Obama Coins” are worth, but the metal in them is “pot metal” so probably about the same as the “paper” in our currency!

Now I am not here to dispel the gods man makes with his vain imaginations, nor the ones he carves out of wood and clay. If you want to rub the belly of the dead Buddha, then that is your prerogative.
But for me, well I will stick with the one God of Jacob, Moses, Issac, Abraham and Peter, John and Paul

I just spent a huge amount of time creating a reply to Newsman re:44, though it was directed towards R.A.M. I know he didn’t need my help but being a cold windy day here in the Buckeye I thought perhaps a good cobweb cleaning of my drug-store-cowgirl highly trained mind would be a good thing.
After I finished my lecture, so to speak, I hit the wondrous submit button only to get:
WordPress database error: [Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation…..so forth and so on.
Oh well, another day I may try and translate it all into simple English-but not today.

Ms. Rightwing: There is nothing wrong with posting this twice, as we all need to realize our “fleshly” faults. Apparently though, “faux christians” like bl31u still cannot see their own faults, (et’s boy is still too busy pointing that finger at others), or the FACT that their “faux messiah” believes breaking the 10th commandment is alright to “fix” the economy. PS: Ms Rightwing. Do you know about the system tools, such as disk cleanup and disk defragmenter to clean up your PC?
Forgive me if you already do, but it was a few years before I learned about using these and am sure that my first PC “died” for lack of “cleaning it” once in a while.
I now have registry cleaners, and use the “Internet option tools” to clear my website files also.
Maybe this will help some here if you already know. I’m still fairly new to the PC game. I got my first PC in 2000. A used Compaq 386 with no Internet access.
I think my Sansa Sandisk has more memory than that PC did!
