Bush: Russia Not Enemy, Better Ally Than Democrats

(2007-06-05) — President George Bush, on his way to the G-8 summit in Heiligendamm, Germany, attempted to reduce tensions with his Russian counterpart over a U.S.-planned Europe-based missile shield by telling reporters, “Russia’s not our enemy. Come to think of it, it’s a better ally than the Democrats right now.”

The president said the real enemies are “radical regimes armed with missiles, and those who would have us appease them through negotiation and concession.”

Mr. Bush said he continues to have a warm relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“Right now, I’d rather be in Germany with Vladimir than in D.C. with Nancy and Harry,” he said, “If you know what I mean.”

    You got that right, Scott. The Dhimmiecrats violated the once sacrosanct rule that we Americans used to pride ourselves on, politics stop at the water’s edge. Not any more. No party has ever emboldened the enemy with its political divisiveness and lies more than the modern Dhimmiecrat Party.

    The President wouldn’t paint America’s foes with so broad a brush. He is no doubt aware, for example, that one of today’s brood of Democ rats has more in common with Putin and his predecessors than with, say, FDR or JFK(ennedy).

    The President can’t attack Putin because of his threats to drop nukes on Europe. The Dems adore crazy leaders who threaten to nuke other countries and wouldn’t let him get away with it. Look at their lovefest with Ahminitforjihad and the NoKo pompadour. Castro tried to have nukes in Cuba aimed at us, and they think he’s peachy.

    The claim Canada’s socialized medicine is superior to America’s free market system is a sham.

    Also, Cuba’s much ballyhooed healthcare system is also a propaganda scam perpetuated by the liberal media as revealed here and elsewhere. The system the rest of the world typically sees is the “extra-special treatment” reserved for visiting dignitaries and people like Michael Moore. It’s a different kind of two-tiered system than say Canada, the latter allows for its better-heeled citizens to avail themselves of the private health care market operating in the margins of the Canadian healthcare system whereas a two-tiered exists within the Cuban statist system, foreigners and government officials get the best treatments available and the common people often experience waiting periods and substandard care, often having to provide their own specialized medical tools.

    I need to get out more, I had never heard of Cuba’s health care system being held up as a shining example.

    I did however, gain insight into what has to be the source of many of the fears expressed here. It was stictly an accident as at lunchtime I was listening to the Phillies getting whupped yet again. After work, the radio was naturally tuned to the same station which is talk radio.
    So, for a goof I listened for about 1/2 an hour and was thus informed by seemingly knowlegable folks that there is a confirmed plan to nuke 7 US cities. They went on to say that the plan had actually been expanded to now include 10 cities. They listed the cities, confirmed that the FBI found the book they were hawking to be factual about this attack.
    If this is the sort of drivel you folks listen to, eventually you can’t help but believe it. These folks went on to say that the government was downplaying this plot to keep us sheep from stampeding (George would not do that, would he?)
    Me, I’m heading for the mountains, gonna build me a lean to. Who wouldn’t want to live in what little will remain of this once great land, especially when everything had been sterilized by radiation.
    At least there will be room to stretch my legs…

    Actually, Boberin, you don’t get out much. The list of 7 cities was headline news awhile back. It was noted in the book, The Day of Islam by Paul Williams and plans for nuclear attacks on major cities was confirmed after the book’s release by FBI director Robert Meuller in an interview with NewsMax. Mueller told NewsMax that at times, the threat feels so real he lies awake at night thinking about the prospect.

    So you can make fun. That is one way that people deal with possible danger. Others go about their lives in the knowledge that God is more powerful then they and is in control and others sit around and suck their thumbs. But discussing the information so that people may be informed is a legitimate job of radio and tv journalists. If you would feel better, you can come stay in our underground tornado “fraidy hole”

    Republican congressmen are reminding the American people to soberly remember that dark stain in American history where a warmongering chickenhawk president, Franklin D. Roosevelt, greenlighted an ill-advised, bloody military operation that would led to a further escalation of an avoidable war which would eventually result in the deaths of nearly 65 million people world-wide and the virtual destruction many once proud cities across Europe. Operation Overlord, recklessly designed to land several hundred thousand Allied troops at German occupied Normandy, France, initially resulted in twelve thousand American casualties as well as over five thousand American deaths on the first day alone

    This is the same President who, when this country’s Navy was attacked at Pearl Harbor by the renegade commanders in the Japanese Navy, denied military assets to the Pacific Theater of operations and used them instead to first attack German forces in North Africa in early 1942. And despite the fact Italy had not attacked Pearl Harbor (neither did Germany), FDR sent American troops into Italy in a peninsular campaign which eventually resulted in the deaths of over 90,000 Allied soldiers, most of whom were Americans!

    Meanwhile, Japan continued slaughtering our undermanned Marine and Naval forces in the Pacific Theater which resulted in over 45,000 deaths of U.S. Marines, with the bloody frontal assault on Okinawa resulting in yet another 12,000 American deaths in three months!

    Some Americans see all this as a victory, if so then it was a Pyrrhic victory since experts see hundreds of thousands of American troops being stationed in Japan, Germany and elsewhere in Europe for at least the next five decades. This growing “peacetime” quagmire will probably cost America trillions of dollars, taxpayers money it could spend in improving the broken healthcare system and the standard of living of millions of Americans who haven’t a hope of ever living the American dream despite the sacrifices they’ve made during the war. And the Soviet bear continues to gather strength, threatening to sap still more American economic strength as we enter what some are calling a “Cold War.”

    Republicans are calling for the impeachment of Harry Truman for committing war crimes against the Japanese people with his ordering of two atomic devices to be dropped on hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians. Japan is already calling for reparations for such atrocities and Republicans and traditional Democrats disgusted with the neo-Dem warmongers in their own ranks are signing on to a war crimes tribunal for the President and his cabinet.

    The House of Representives Committee On Un-American Activities was in fact a very powerful arm of America’s Homeland Security. Back in the early 1950’s they were quite successful in uncovering and weeding out a great number of communists from under many a strange rock.

    Most people, that were around in those days, are very familiar with the number of commies found in Hollywood, busily slipping tiny bits and pieces of propaganda, almost unnoticeable by the average citizen, into the scripts and dialogues of the actors and actresses. Just enough to subtly ingrain these bits and pieces into the sub-conscious of the unsuspecting movie patron.

    In addition to all of the Hollywood types who were blacklisted, there were numerous prominent businessmen uncovered along with an awesome number in our government - city, state and federal. However the ones uncovered were the ones that were meant to be found. Membership in the Communist Party became a Federal felony after 1945.

    Not found, exposed or uncovered were the moles who were deeply buried including Senators, Representatives, Federal Judges, members of the FBI, University Professors and uncountable youths who would be raised and taught to one day fill many of these positions as their elders died off.

    Anybody want to guess the fate of these non-”outed” moles? I sincerely believe that even today many are still actively at work, promoting Communism under the easier to swallow guise of “Social Reform”. For decades upon decades they brought most of Asia and Europe under their hammer and sickle banner.

    Today many are very old but still holding powerful positions in our government. The vomit spewing out of the mouths of such as Murtha, Ted Kennedy, some member of our Supreme Court, etc., it is quite convincing to me that my belief holds merit.

    Younger ones coming along to replace their elders such as Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, DNC chief Howard Dean, Senators Barb Boxer, Carl Levin, Deb Stabenow, etc., etc. Some Presidential Wannabees Clinton, Obama, Edwards, Gore, etc.

    Communism is alive and well in America with many of today’s top drawer liberals envisioning themselves as part of the power elite like Castro, Chavez and Stalin crushing the populace under the boot of their Socialistic Dreamworld.

    Their goal appears to be the remaking of The United States into the United Soviet Socialist Republik of America. (USSR-A).

    So long as our Republicans in Congress keep handing them victory upon victory, and so long as American Conservatives refuse to go to the polls on Election Day and vote en-masse against this cancer, turning these Commies out to the trash heap; USSR-A may be part and parcel of God’s Judgement on America. We well may get the sort of government we deserve.

    Michelle Malkin is blogging the latest debate on the Amnesty for Illegal Immigrants Act, and Ted Kennedy is arguing that we cannot exclude felons from amnesty. Apparently breaking multiple laws isn’t any more a problem for him than simply entering the country illegally. Why am I surprised? I guess if they want to keep a man who drowned a young woman, sadly, before he could commit adultery again, a former klansman and a congressman who has broken the nations record for corruption, not to mention DiFi and Pelosi and the taxpayers dollars they’ve funneled to their husbands, in office this is precisely the constiuency they’ll need. Those Dems sure cleaned up Congress!

    Clearly FDR was little more than a reich-wing, pro-war, pro-death Rethuglikkkan in Democrat clothes. Just like this chickenhawk to also violate the separation of church and state clause in the U.S. Constitution, a clause that was specifically put there by the atheist founding fathers to prevent such a despicable thing from happening.     Someone should make a World War II movie that retells the war from the perspective of a 21st Century liberal, using all the insane rhetoric that you just so skillfully adapted from the diatribes of modern left-wing talking heads. I think it would help to get the point across very well, if a film depicted U.S. soldiers as evil babykilling fascists during a time when they were fighting evil, babykilling fascists. It would illustrate the twisted mentality of the modern left in a manner which most of the plebes in this country would be able to understand.
